Challenges

  1. Create a seamless omnichannel journey for quote, payment, and core policy generation. 
  2. Develop a unified buy journey across bancassurance and B2C channels to improve customer experience. 
  3. Reduce cart abandonment through tracking and re-engagement strategies. 
  4. Enable faster KYC processes for improved onboarding and compliance. 
  5. Introduce dynamic benefits like wellness discounts within the payment journey. 

Results

  1. Implemented quote, proposal, and payment flow for B2C and bancassurance with core system integration. 
  2. Enabled straight-through policy issuance from core and referral triggers for underwriter approval in exception cases.
